Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
